It was quite interesting race yesterday and even surprising when Sebastian Vettel takes the Chequered flag for the first time in the Round 3 of Formula1 GP in China. The race was quite thrilling as it rained immediately changing the course of the race track.
Its been evident during their qualifying round although Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber qualified first and third respectively in China, it is true that their RB5s were carrying less fuel than the previously dominant Brawns.
Because of the Wet Track Red Bull Racing recorded an historic first grand prix win in Chinese rain on Sunday, Sebastian Vettel leading home teammate Mark Webber for a dominant one-two. It proves to be a dominant factor for Red Bull Racing team and sebastian Vettel. 45 seconds down the road, Brawn’s Jenson Button completed the podium, but he retains his championship lead, 6 points ahead of Rubens Barrichello, who finished behind the sister car in Shanghai. Behind the four Red Bulls and Brawns came the two McLarens, with Heikki Kovalainen ahead of Lewis Hamilton, after the reigning world champion spun multiple times at the Shanghai International Circuit.
Although my favourtie “Kimi Raikkonen” hasn’t been in the podium. It’s a very thrilling race.Ferrari again failed to open its 2009 points account: Kimi Raikkonen looking sluggish en route to tenth, while a furious Felipe Massa ground to a halt behind the safety car.
